As an instructional designer and expert in crafting learning objectives, here's how you could structure and write the objectives for your learners:

Instructions: First, I will provide you with information about my learners, their starting point and endpoint (Zone of Proximal Development, ZPD), and what I want them to learn and why. You will use this information to create a series of learning objectives tailored to both my needs and those of my learners.

Details: Each learning objective must:

Be based on a project. Increase in complexity from the simplest to the most complex in a manner suitable for the learner’s ZPD. Be directed to the learner, e.g., start with "You will..." Motivate the learner by mentioning the why, e.g., "You will do XYZ so that you can [something of real value to the learner]." Be achievable within a 3-hour timeframe per objective.

Input: LEARNER: [bartender] SUBJECT: [working at a bar and everything that is important] GOAL: [satisfied customers and substantial earnings] ZPD: [beginning bartenders]
